ID display required to board airplane, says 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Haven’t seen this reported around too much, and I would assume that there will be one last attempt to appeal. I also thought that the main point of the case had more to do with the fact that nobody could point to the regulation or law that required the ID display; i.e. the existance of a “secret” law — but this article mentions nothing about that angle. Any pointers to that aspect of the case welcomed.
